Description
Peranzana monocultivar extra virgin olive oil, produced in the San Severo countryside (Puglia) according to a family tradition dating back to 1984. Slow Food Presidium.
The 5-liter Bag-in-Box format is designed for everyday use in the kitchen: the vacuum-sealed inner bag protects the oil from light and oxidation, preserving its freshness, aroma, and organoleptic properties down to the last drop. The integrated dispensing tap makes serving practical and clean, with zero waste.
Notes of artichoke, almond, and a pleasant bitter-spicy finish typical of Peranzana. Cold-pressed from olives harvested at the beginning of veraison in our olive groves on the Tavoliere delle Puglie plateau.
