Our Process
From the farm to the table, without intermediaries.
Ours is a short supply chain
Olio Veda is born from a short and transparent supply chain, where each step is directly overseen by us with artisanal care and a modern vision. Each bottle tells a story of territory, time, and respect, transforming daily labor in the fields into an authentic and recognizable extra virgin olive oil.
From cultivation to milling
Olio Veda’s quality begins in the olive groves. We cultivate trees according to the natural rhythms of the earth, adopting sustainable practices that protect the soil and enhance local varieties.
The olives are harvested at the optimum ripening point, using methods that preserve the integrity of the fruit and enhance its organoleptic characteristics.
The olives are quickly transported to the mill and cold-pressed, a crucial step in preserving the aromas, flavors, and nutritional properties of the extra virgin olive oil.
From bottling to sale
After pressing, the oil is carefully stored and bottled in containers that protect it from light and oxidation, ensuring freshness and stability over time. Each bottle of Olio Veda is the result of meticulous checks and a specific choice: to offer a genuine, traceable product that is consistent with our values.
Direct sales complete the short supply chain, allowing us to maintain an authentic relationship with those who choose Olio Veda, bringing to their tables an extra virgin olive oil that is a true expression of our work and our territory.
The value of a conscious choice
Choosing Olio Veda means choosing a simple yet profound gesture. It’s bringing the scent of olive trees, the silence of the countryside, and the patience of those who work the land with respect into your kitchen. It’s knowing where what you taste comes from, recognizing the value of time and care in every drop.
Olio Veda is more than just an extra virgin olive oil: it’s an authentic bond between the grower and the consumer, a story that continues every time a bottle is opened.
