Olio Veda Peranzana is a single-cultivar extra virgin olive oil obtained exclusively from Peranzana olives of Apulian origin, harvested and cold-pressed in Italy to preserve their aromas and nutritional values.
With a medium, harmonious fruity profile, it expresses green notes of tomato, fresh herbs, and almond on the nose, while on the palate it is delicate yet persistent, with well-balanced bitterness and spiciness and a pleasant, clean finish.
The very low acidity and high natural antioxidant content make it ideal for healthy daily consumption, especially raw.
